Refunds/Exchanges:
Thank You for making a purchase from Luvin Stuff Boutique.
Refunds:
In order to request a refund, item must be returned within 30 calendar days of the purchase. Product must be unused and in new condition, tags still attached, in it’s original packaging.
Be sure to include packing slip and reason for refund.
If product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after the 30 calendar day policy, you're not eligible for a refund.
Once return is received and inspected, we will send an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days.
*** Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged such as, bathing suits, bra's or panties unless in new condition, tags still attached.
Exchanges:
In order to request an exchange item must be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase. Product must be unused and in new condition, tags still attached, in it’s original packaging. Be sure to include packing slip and reason for exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of exchange. If you are approved, your exchange will be processed, and shipped out within 5-7 days.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning/exchanging item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
